It should be added that he contributed a lot to the "renaissance" of Stade Français. During his years in this club he won 4 French titles in 1998, 2000, 2003 and 2004 as well as one French cup (this competition has changed now and is reserved to Rugby academies) in 1999.

Truly a fine player and a great asset to Italian rugby who helped build up the respectability of the Italian program. He certainly is a deserving candidate for the Hall of Fame.
