I have recently started playing Rugby again after a long break of about 5 years. Befor that i played a School to County level and then to club 1st team level.
Im now based over in spain and the team i have joined is very new, some of the players are new to the game, what they lack in experience they make up for in heart !
There are some experiened players in the backs and the coach seams ok with the drills etc for the backs.
Apart from me there is nothing in the forwards ! (I play 1 or 3)
Im looking for somewhere to get some simple drills from, including simple stuff like binding in the scrum. Ive got the front row sorted (i cant play yet untill my papers are done and im not match fit anyway) but the second row ets is bad. They got smashed in the scrum on Sunday by a much smaller pack. (good job i showed them what to do when a scrum collapsed!!!)
Anyway any help would be apreciated !
