Since this is literally just people playing amongst themselves, hard to shake the feeling that this still isn't properly planned and the organisers still don't have a huge amount of faith that this will actually get finished. Seems like kicking the can down the raod to delay any real decisions even further.

Munster should probably throw a game so we dont have to hear about how easily the SA side won the rainbow cup for 12 months until Ster win the Pro Everyone's Invited next year.
