Rugby players in Wales' non-league WRU Division 3 West will face a formidable opponent this year with the news that former World's Strongest Man Mariusz Pudzianowski has signed for Amman United RFC for the upcoming season.

He's 35 - so I wonder how his fitness would be. You'd think he'd be pretty fit. Would imagine he'd play prop...

I think he also did MMA for a while. Wasn't great but still...

From what I gather I think this all might be a joke started by shane and His little bro. Lots of the first team players been posting videos on fb with a picture of MP with his mouth "dubbed" by various players. Could be a big joke, but they all seem slightly geniune by it. Haven't had a chance to ask Anyone seriously about it yet. Will keep everyone posted on this gripping news ;) ;) ;)

Ha gotta love Amman Utd. Haven't been down there in years! Who knows, he could be a team mate with Shane when he returns from Japan ;)

Knowing Shane and how much he loves the club and the boys, I can certainly see him at least playing 1 game for the Amman, and even take up some sort of unofficial coaching role. He's already got the whole team in his "newly" opened crossfit style gym!!!!
