i work "full time" as a system administrator, mainly working on unix systems but we are upgrading to windows as I type. About to go and get my MSCE in server 2003 so that should be fun.

I also sell movie/game memorbillia in my spare time. Mainly figurines and stuff. And i am also a website administrator at www.trulycollectables.co.nz though i dont count that as a job as my sister doesnt pay me. I hope she apreciates the work i do eh?

I have an OCA (Oracle Certified Associate) soon to be an OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) when I get the time to do the course and exam. But also plan to get an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional). I also have a CCNA for Networking, but it needs to be updated soon.[/b]

I have done my CCNA and now doing my CCNP. Have done both MCP & MCSA. Have a BSc majoring in Information Tech.

Work full-time as a Network Administrator for a tertiary school.

I'm into my third year of a BE(hons) in mechanical engineering. Kind of a life killer at certain times, but I've been trying my best to stick with it and so far so good. A lot of drinking goes down which is good, but not many signs of the female species around the department.
[/b]

Hey man are you at Canterbury? I'm going down there next year to do a BE(hons) possibly in natural resources engineering, not sure yet.

Yeah man! Good old Canterbury, what a strange coincidence eh. If you are planning on a BE in NZ, definitely come down to UC and take part in the many weekly **** ups. Not to mention it's a pretty good school also with a very solid international reputation.

**** all these BA'S,DOC'S,HON'S,BUM'S hehe LAW,CERTS. I am proud to say i get my hands dirty!
i am a fitter welder / fitter turner :bravo:

My Dad's a welder. He makes the most odd things and then sneaks them out of the factory to take them home.

How he managed to sneak out a 40 kilo barbeque is beyond me, but it looks pretty sweet out in the yard xD

Also, come on people, some of us must be lying! All of us are studying or working, and still we find so much time to spend online being stupid? (well, at leats I know that's what I do most of the time when I'm surfing the web and annoying people) Surely there must be one unemployed person among us?

I saw woosaah mention he's an administrator, so I'm proud to say that since yesterday I'm one of the too many admins of 3volutionize.com, and together with Nathan the most active one. As soon as I get my permission masks fixed up I'm ready to finally clean that palce out good.
I don't get payed, and I put a lot of time to keep that place childfriendly(we have a 'if it's not suitable for children then don't post it' policy most of the time), organized, active, ...
There are times when I ask myself why, but then I remember that overthere I'm not the only crazy random person, and it all seems worth it again :p

Is that because all the anime guys secretly love "Disney Porn"?

What Anime Guys? At one time when you image googled 'Disney' one of the first results was the little mermaid, naked and finless. Gross!!

I'll send you the major cult hit 'Disney Goes Gay'

Doing a BIS Multimedia, working what I would describe as "as full time as you can get" job for some Irish company, can't really say too much as I'm under a NDA.

And yes, I waste -waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy- too much time on the internet when I'm not out drinking, watching rugby, having a braai or the ocasional times I give my PS2,GC,PC,DS,360 some much needed love (I've especially neglected my 360 since I bought the thing, spent a grand total of about 10 minutes on Gears of War :/ ).

Time to pull up my socks as it were though, things are only gonna get tougher from here on :(

What's a braai??

My brother managed to win a grand total of 3 360 games with a cola competition here in belgium, and we don't have a 360 XD

I'm currently studying Cymro's avatar.

I voted Other. I work full time in Makro. Makro is a cash & carry wholesalers who mainly caters for businesses, but it is open to the public aswell (proving they have a Makro card).

Makro is a highly successful company in Europe, but the stores are named Metro.

Not in Belgium they aren't XD

Metro is a division of Makro we can't get into. And there are no cards available :p

But Makro is accesible right enough, have a card myself. Some friends of mine did their summer jobs there :p

If you work full time, then why did you select other?

I still don't know what a braai is.

Ah yes, national braai day, hot damn I love this country.

"Sometimes this activity is also known as a "chop 'n dop" (dop being Afrikaans slang for an alcoholic drink, literally meaning "cap" or "bottle top") when more drinking than eating is done."

hear hear !

I understand most of South African language, provided who ever is speaking it speaks slowly :p And I don't know all of the words, naturally, I only understand because it's similar to dutch.

Thanks for the link :p

That was such utter nonsense that it was almost art xD

I couldn't stop thinking 'there aren't supposed to be flames that high by the time the meats on the grill'
