Can't say i'm surprised at the price point. Indeed, my preminitions about Street Fighter II HD Remix being 1600 points (which would what this DLC would translate as) appear to be coming true, which reinforces my fears that 1200 points is the new "premium" that 800 points used to occupy...

none I would say. It's been 360 exclusive almost since the game was announced. Microsoft I am sure paid rockstar a nice sum for it too.

True dat. The stuff people have done with previous GTA games with no official toolkits is nothing short of impressive, and every now and then I go back to see what the community has created to add to my sandbox...
