im no expert but as far as i know you can only replace teams but thats all i can tell you

I can help you with how to:
*Rename teams
*Add a team
*Change the squad management picture

There should already be threads with tutorials in them on how to do the above, will see if I can find them for you or make new ones.

On how to create a face you'll need to ask guys like Xusky and Uli
