Henson's still a plumb

“It was incredibly offensive. One of the blokes nearest the window wanted to go to the toilet and was told just pee there and then. He went to pee on the floor and had a bottle ready to do so.â€

my eyebrows were firmly raised at this statement.

What a shame I wasn't at the station on Sunday. Even worse, he was probably frequenting pubs I usually go in myself. Would have been a great chance to laugh at the ***.

Hope some action is taken against him though, no one should be able to behave like that in public, no matter how big a star they think they are.

in all honesty though... behaviour like that is fairly common from rugby boys from up the valleys!! a few of the lads i know behave like proper f***ing zoo animals. drinking each others ****, spewing on each other...

there is in wales, some f***ed up people

Always felt a 'bit' sorry for the tosser, but **** not anymore. What a ***** thing to do; especially calling some poor old bird a fat cow.

Of course, I bet if he was on a train in Jo'burg or Sydney's Redfern he'd be as docile as a bloody ewe.

They can get a bit rough. I guess if you were living in Australia you'd be used to it from all the league and ex-league players

Henson always gives me the impression of being pretty daft so this isnt really a surprise. He should be punished is it was as serious as that woman made it sound.

I think the Police should fine all the idiots in that group. Then the O's should fine henson some more and ban him from going home with his friends after games. To be honest I think a team should alwas travel back as a team, especially after a good win, celebrate together.

Apparently the Ospreys are looking for the matter to be dealt with internally.

I'm sure they are, and they should take action themselves. However, this incident occured on public transport and effected members of the general public. I'd like to see Henson and his idiot mates get given community service or something. A fine would make an impact, but I think a few hours of painting walls and picking up litter would probably embarass them all enough to avoid being such morons again.

its such a shame cos he had appeared to have come on sooo much this last year, really keeping his head down... and then he does this

i dont think hes gunna ever change!!

imo he should be fined two weeks wages by the ospreys for this.

Jeez, that doesn't sound too bad at all.
Like Lora was saying that's how rugby clubs are in Wales.
I'm surprised how stuck up a lot of people are about this. Yes, the behaviour's terrible, but i know so many people who have conducted themselves in a far worse manner and the police weren't called in.
Gav's face was recognised and all of a sudden some big issue could be made from this commotion.

Who cares, i say.

Says the Welshman with Henson as his signature. So I'll take all your comments with a pinch of salt.

I just laugh when people says this is nothing and a normal night out with the boys. WTF is going on in Wales then? This is a grown man who will be having a baby soon. WTF?!

I travel the same stretch off track this occurred on and can honestly say, even in the wee hours of a Saturday or Sunday morning, I've never come across anything like it.

Even a carriage full of drunk Americans was simply amusing, and no one felt threatened by their behaviour. Imagine coming into contact with someone of the physical stature of a professional rugby player, someone who thens starts intimidating everyone around them.

Not on at all for a professional athlete to throw their weight around in a way that endangers the general public. And I don't believe that's too strong a word to use - can you imagine what might have happened if any of the other commuters had tried to stand up to the group?

I'm not standing in Henson's defence here, it was terrible behaviour, but this would never have become big news had it been Huw Bennet from the Ospreys - a much bigger lad, and without a doubt more intimidating.
I've seen plenty of stupid behaviour like this and i don't think having a kid affects some people when they are ****** out of their minds.

Plus, everyone's exceptionally at ease with believing everything the paper is telling them right now.

If you've never seen drinking games where punching is involved then you've never been truly punished during a drinking game (see also: eating a urinal cake).

Just goes to show how little you know about the welsh rugby culture and how seriously we take our after game socialising.

So yes, getting drunk punching each other and being a nuisance to public is "normal".
Hence the reason i don't see the fuss of all of this.

Urinal Cake Eating? I'm partying with the wrong crowd?
