How defend ball

Hi...

I play this game on pro or higher defficuilty. But i have problem. How defend ball during attack? Enemy run absolutly alone i make tackle and his team have ball with no problem. I attack alone or with support and 90% lose ball. Enemy must do horrible mistake and it is my only chance how to take a ball for my side. My question is " How can i defend and win ball in rucks etc." Thank u for every answer.

Hola... te recomiendo que para recuperar la pelota en defensa siempre vaya a buscar el tackle, siempre dejes un jugador cerca de la formacion para que pueda tacklear, ademas tambien podes agregar jugadores a la formacion cuando se produce un ruck o maul, .... Saludos
