Its something I was discussing with my brother the other day that how people get ready for games, especially big internationals. Do you need music, do you watch videos or is the thought of the game enough. Or is it 4 pints in the pub?

For me I need music to really get me pumped. Naturally that happens with Welsh songs like the anthem, Calon Lan, Delilah and Bread of Heaven but I have a couple of songs that arent rugby related that get me pumped.

You'll note from the latter song that some of the lyrics make up my sig banner (which showcases my Paint skills)

I watch a lot of previous Wales games. In the past week I've re-watched last years Ireland v Wales match and the Wales v Ireland quarter-final in the 2011 WC. On matchday, the game itself is anough to get me pumped.

It happens by itself. I'll usually spend the week building up to it re-watching clips and so on, but then I like to put on the build-up the moment it starts and begin to shiver and quake and then we get to kick-off and I get aggressive. Which is rare, I'm not a very angry person, but I shout and shout at the telly during Wales games.
