How do you swap players from one team to another

when i go to my rugby >Squad management you click on a player and then press swap. i can only swap that player with another one from the same team and it wont let me trade it to another team.

basically how do you trade players

If you're trying to swap players from one international team to another you cant.
Club to club you can just by selecting to swap a player then change your current team, black/white buttons for xbox, or press L/R buttons to change between Super 12, European and storage players(where players go when you replace with created players).

Just click em and you're set.
