But I'm returning to NZ next month after 16 years working in uk. taking my English wife and 4 kids with me. I think the culture shock will be...shocking.

GL. I don't know where you are now, but it cost us mucho pounds to get residency for my wife. Kids got NZ passports, which cost much less but multiplied by four! and they are only 5 year passports
