Injury replacement

I understand the blood replacement ruling but let's say for arguments sake you bring off your starting fly half for the replacement fly half on the bench . If the replacement fly half was injured but not blood related would the original fly half be able to come back on the field ?
 
yes, and concussion (I think). except for front row, who can come back on for any injury related reason.
 
So a used players can only be reused on a temporary basis i.e blood replacement ?

Yes, though I'm not sure exactly what happens if a player fails the concussion test. Does their temporary replacement then have to be replaced permanently? I don't remember seeing this in practice but it seems logical.

Yeh this is sort of what I'm thinking and what if a player fakes it ? Similar to bloodgate minus the blood ....
