The International Rugby Board will not take any action against France after they were accused of foul-play in the World Cup final but are considering altering their disciplinary procedures.

Just shows how much of an class act McCaw really is. He gets eye gouged in a game and doesn't say much about it becausee he'd rather celebrate the win rather than go on about ain incident in the game. I think it'll be a good change because obviously Rougerie has gotten away with it and as it stands no one can do anything about it and that is just plain wrong. So if anyone eye gouges from now on just make sure nobody says anthing about it for 36 hours and than you're safe.
