I dont have the numbers but if i were a betting man i'd be willing to wager it's considerably cheaper to poach players than to invest at grassroots and local RU to achieve the same result. Basically you'd be piggybagging on some other RU's development system and getting the scraps from the big boys table. Is that what we want tho? Not me.</p></blockquote><p></p>
