He is the kind of player England needs at this moment in time... So its an obvious yes from me...

i vote no.

i've always felt that guscott (a very decent player in his own right) never made the impact the british press would lead us to believe. he was consistent in a time when english rugby, though successful, was just about as dull as ever.

I vote no, purely for the reason that he was never the undisputed best in the World in his position, if this was the HOF of England, or the Hall of the Very Good than yes, but no for a guy who was at times not even the best in his position for his team.
