Kick at goal

Can someone explain the wind indicator to me? It doesn't seem to correspond to the way the wind is actually blowing in the match. Am I just reading it wrong? For example when kicking at goal the indicator will be at the kicker's back and to the right of the posts, when the wind is assuredly into the kicker's face. This has me stumped

I'm not sure, but i think u r reading it wrong. It seems to b good for me.

the indicator shows the way the wind is blowing relative to the pitch. you are always playing up relative to the indicator pitch. you can then work out which way the wind is blowing from your view of the kicker.
