They could be training tops - last season Sale used training tops in the Prem 7s, and kept the actual kit for the start of the season.

Taranaki's is only for their clash with Waikato, so I guess it works.

Maybe they'll be actual Away strips this year, like what they've done for Super Rugby?

That is disgusting. The black with yellow top was so nice, what the hell is this? The Ulster page built up the kit release something shocking - the home kit is hardly an improvement from last year either.
