How is this team in the Premiership? That's a decidedly average bunch of players. Even Connacht would give them a tough time!

Hah. Beaten by 49 at home. Would take some kind of miracle for that Leeds team to stay up. Teams like Sale and Worcester must be loving this.

2 Irish players in the Oirish team!

The gulf between english games top 2 tiers is scary but Leeds probably get relegated go down go season unbeaten and back again how do that benefit anyone

It's been a long standing point of debate for a while. Realistically there are 13 top flight clubs in the country and a further 4 or 5 in ND1 who are nearly there.

Popular consensus is for the Premiership being expanded to 14 clubs and keeping the relegation/promotion, thus stopping the yo-yo effect that always happens with Leeds and *another* club every year and giving the other clubs the opportunity to take that next step.

Hope they do because it don't do much for game like when Leeds go down and hammer everyone surely that can't do Leeds or any of Div 1 clibs any good
