I use that Body Fortress stuff that's always half price at H & B Seems to work!

I mix mine with semi-skimmed milk, not water, so just tastes like milk (as thats all whey is really, seperated and dried milk), but i always have a couple of spoons of nesquick in anyway.
I don't like buying flavoured stuff, because i get really sick of the flavours, especially if they're strong (which they often are), which is where nesquick comes in

I used to mix mine all with milk, but that's expensive. So I fill about a quarter of the shaker with milk and the rest water. Tastes just the same.
