Mealamu commits to New Zealand

All Blacks and Blues hooker Keven Mealamu has committed his future to the New Zealand Rugby Union after agreeing a new deal which will take him through to 2013.

Yeah, it's great news. He's the kind of player that New Zealand rugby needed to put his hand up and stay. Big name player, very loyal and heck, he may reach 100 All Blacks caps out of it. One thing I will say, it'll be interesting to see if Hore signs on past 2012.

Really good news. He has really come into his own this season, his leadership at the Blues i think, has reinvigorated in some of his best form of his career. Lets go Carter and McCaw!
