Well, I do find racism offensive. I usually tend to steer clear of it though.

I'm also white middle class and male, but what I found offensive is the insults towards races not even in his own country, that he clearly doesn't know enough about to make any firm judgements on.

It's that sort of offensive behaviour which is why you have a 70% warn level Rassie. And even if you truly believe what you say, the majority of the moderators obviously don't think racist comments like that are suitable for this public forum. That's why you have been warned. And if you tone it down, and treat people 'how you would like to be treated' then you could probably expect to see your warn level reduced. As the infamous Los Lover once said, 'Respect has to be earned'.
