Name your country's WC2011 Team

1. Cian Healy
2. Rory Best/Jerry Flannery (Rory has age on his side)
3. ????
4. Donnacha Ryan
5. Paul O'Connell
6. Denis Leamy
7. Shane Jennings/David Pollock
8. Jamie Heaslip
9. Frank Murphy
10. Ian Keatley
11. Andrew Trimble/Johne Murphy
12. Luke Fitzgerald
13. Keith Earls
14. Tommy Bowe
15. Rob Kearney

Tighthead looks to be a problem, although I wouldn't be surprised to see John Hayes still there, He has plenty left in the tank and has never been in better shape.

Seem to be a sway towards Keatley at 10 for Ireland and he isn't even in the squad yet.
Hopefully he gets his chance soon?

What're the odds he'll be moved the Munster in the next couple of years?

I would love that. I think he is a very good player, he could do with some HEC game time (unfortunately ROG will have to retire some day) and as far as I know he only signed for Connacht on a one year deal so perhaps he could join Munster in the summer. Fionn Carr would be a nice signing as well as this is most likely Rua's last season for us.

That'd be fairly handy. Earls into centre where he belongs and Carr at full backl

12. Flood/Geraghty
13. Ansbro/Hipkiss
14. Ashton/Benjamin/Haughton/Monye
15. Tait/Abendanooononiooonadanda/Foden

More what I would like to see rather than what I actually think will happen. And not even a shred of Northampton bias in there  Although saying that, Joe Ansbro is someone I think could really emerge over the next couple of years. He isn't that well known yet but his potential is massive...

Apart from Tait at FB (who I wouldn't even have in the squad as he's an over-rated liability who's more likely to ship points then score them) I don't have a single problem with that XV.

Cripes. Doesn't Smith almost have 100 test caps already? He's got AT LEAST 4 years of international rugby left in him I'd say, looks like he'll break Gregan's world record at this pace.

The Wallabies backline is going to have a lot of depth in 2011.

So far we have
Burgess
Giteua
Cooper
Barnes
O'Connor
Mortlock
Cross
Tahu
Mitchell
AAC
Shepherd
Tiqiri
Hynes
Turner

just to name a few who are competing for spots and future talent to watch out for

lotes cousin, ratu nagiraiska
Robert Horne
Tom Carter
Rodney Davies
Kurtley Beale
Ben Lucas
Aiden Toua

and possibly Mark Gasnier if he comes back to play for the Wallabies

In Argentina, I have no idea who will be there, since many players are almost about to retire. But I hope to see some new interesting players, like Belisario Agulla (Horacio Agulla's little brother) who is just 20 years old and has scored 20 tries in the local tournament, with his team winning the cup for the third consecutive time. I would also like to see a better fullback, because I don't like Bernardo Stortoni. there are some good fullbacks in our home teams, like Lucas Gonzalez Ambrosino or Juani Gauthier... i'm sure you'll hear those names in the future. We also need a replacement for Pichot, and i think Agustin Figuerola is a good one. He comes from the same club as Pichot and plays in a very similar way.

He's in the nineties, should break it next years 3N bar no injuries.. I hope he does break Gregans record, someone that deserves it, someone who didnt overplay his international career by 4 years. George is a legend, played in a terrible pack for his whole career and has had to lift pretty much every game he's played so the Wallabies are in with a chance.. you rarely see a bad game from him, if at all.

To my recollection your pack was pretty nifty in the late nineties, and that was when he was friggin' incredible.
Even now when it's cack he's still an awesome player. Phil Waugh isn't in the same millennium as George Smith.
Why'd he have to go and cut his hair though? ;)
