A big win for France. Combined with their away win in Argentina I think there are signs their latest coach is far better than the poor two guys before him. Bad signs for Scotland and Argentinas hopes of a second pool seeding at RWC. If they defeat Australia then the start of a revival may be confirmed.

Remember that they have a 'centralised' squad of 30 internationals now and have the same preparation time as the other 6 nation sides and wont have to play for their clubs in between 6 nations rest weekends. At least they now have parity there and are not at a disadvantage.

Don't know what signs you've been reading. Saint-André started his tenure with wins over Australia and Argentina.

They have gone back under Noves in their last 6N. A revival? a revival of what his 2 predecessors went thru is much more like it.

I can't see them beating Aus and they're in for a hiding v NZ which won't help Noves case before the 6N when the players go back to their clubs.
