The best thing about Biggar being picked for Wales would be the fact that Owen would get a string of games in which to prov himself for the Ospreys. Dan Biggar is decent, but not much more. Certainly overrated. </p><p></p><p>Also, every comentator seems to say he's 'Not lacking in confidence' all the time- I'm taking this to mean he's slightly aragent.
