Just looked it up, debatable. She was banned in 98 for test manipulation by drinking and the drug she was accused (never proven) or taking wasn't actually banned until 97 after her Atlanta golds.

There's so much weird **** with her, I wouldn't be surprised. Apparently she still regularly gets mentioned on commentary the world over. (apart from Ireland funnily enough!)
