that would be a descent coup for england, but i fear there going to far to getting other foreigners in there side. i think there should be a rule that no more then two or three per national team.

If he represents England, then technically speaking he isn't foreign. You can't possibly try and call some players 'foreign' if they are qualified to play for a country. Being forced to play for the country a player was born in would certainly make things interesting, but there is no chance in hell it will happen.
