Hey, folks - I often hear the phrase, "front foot ball" from the commentators during games. My perhaps very dumb question is, is "playing front foot ball" an actual style or technique, or is it just a euphemism for momentum or overall success in the phases? I assume it's the latter, but figured it was worth asking.

Thanks as always, y'all!

Momentum.
If you're going forwards, you're on the front foot; if you're losing ground, you're on the back foot

Seemed obvious, but with rugby terminology, ya never know... ;) Thanks!
