Wilko is still playing he's a 1999 England squad member...wow there are more guys than I thought lingering around from 1999, none of them would be first choice players by any stretch but it's entirely possible one of them could get an emergency call up, especially Contepomi and Bergamasco.
Parra was 22 in 2011. Could be a possibility.
Brad Thorne is going to play in the 2023 WC as well for Japan
Despite what he's said I'd still back BO'D to make it to 2015 as long as he doesn't get any serious injuries this year.

I hope not. I'd rather see us line out with someone else at 13 than Drico in a wheelchair by the time he's 50.
Yes because one more season after this one is that exact scenario.
If Odriscoll plays until 2014, he will stay until 2015.
I already fear for his quality of life later on, seen him take some nasty bumps over the past few years.
A World Cup season essentially entails another 18 months of rugby. You'd play an entire domestic season as well as a hell of a lot of physical work through the summer. At 36, and the with his style of play and commitment in defense I believe his well being is something to be legitimately concerned about. One need only look at Pat Spillane to see the damage that playing past the point you should can do. The guy can hardly walk, and rugby is a much more physical business than GAA. (I'm aware of the advancements that have been made in physical care for players, but you cannot get away from the fact that he takes a beating every time he puts himself on the pitch.)

He needs to retire soon on his own terms before he is no longer worth a place in the side or gets one concussion too many (I thought he would quit after the Lions tour to be honest as he was getting battered this last season). We've seen how many of the Irish press/fans throw a tantrum when their favourites get dropped recently, and it would make life needlessly and unfairly difficult for both Schmidt and the replacement if he were to keep playing beyond the point where Schmidt would drop him.
Having said that though, out of the potential players who could make a 5th World Cup since 1999, he would be the most likely. Mauro Bergamasco could but is only on the outer fringes of the Italy squad these days so unlikely.
For the 2019 RWC, I think we could see Sergio Parisse perhaps still going aged 36, but the most likely would be Todd Clever who could play in 2019 as he hasn't had to endure the physical draining seasons of the Top 14 and he rarely gets injured.
Thisisamerrugby, one of the best sources around the Eagles was actually wondering on his blog whether it's time to drop Clever soon, possibly right after 2015 or even before(that was admittedly very unlikely), the US, is similar to Canada in that they are producing back rowers out of their butts but struggling to put together a front five. I think Parisse is very likely to go to 5 RWC's barring a major injury. It might be his swan song.
I would have thought the Pacific Islanders would have had more than that hand full of 4th RWC possiblities, interesting to see how many older players Italy has hanging around, in a bizzaro circumstance they could have more guys playing in their 4th RWC than the rest of the tournament's teams combined.
Why doesn't B'OD have breaks from rugby, like Carter and Mccaw have been doing? He could maybe sit out of this 6N and some of the Pro12 games, have a prolonged summer break, perhaps a small christmas rest in 2014, then come back hard in January 2015.
