I'm guessing as a Tigers fan you don't particularly like either team so probably Bath considering they're now huge underdogs and are throwing in huge hits every contact

It doesn't, I think he meant it was minimal/a regular contact situation - change in height is reserved for things like a player falling/tripping into contact not a standard carry
"sudden and significant" is, I think, the terminology they use
