any1 no wat the litle meter bar at the top of the screen is? during a ruck? locksy?

I would assume it is for who wins the ruck by adding men into it, as I don`t think you have to button bash as Locks has not mentioned it. It seems quiet realistic as when the video clips show a player making a great break and getting a bit isolated the defending team wins the ball.

in 04 it represented a sort of momentum thing, relating to possession time etc.

That is not what they are talking about, however there is the momentum bar at the the top of the screen, the one that is being referred to here is above the ruck.
