RC4 sound mod request

Has anyone posted a sound mod for RC4 yet? Pretty much replacing the generic in-game music and anthems for more life like sound tracks

One was made for RC3, but not sure if there's a way to extract it to RC4

I second this question, would be happy to even work on changing this myself if someone could shed some light on the process. Many thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to assist.
