I broke both bones in my arm.

what exercises are best to keep up my strength/ build it back up in my arm?

Surely your doctor or physiotherapist told you???

Apart from what they say, hardcore sessions with Mrs Palmer would be a good idea...If you catch my drift...

I broke both in my right arm, youve got to take it slow mind you, i broke mine 3 years ago in february and it still hurts sometimes when i go big on curls.. what i reccomend is getting a ball that you can squeez.. like a stress reliever ball and squeezing that for awhile to get your forearm muscles back to working right.

Then gradually move into weights when your doctor says its okay and go from there, start out with the lighter weights. Remember that each time you lift you make your bones stronger and go from there. Be smart and have fun, its always nice gettin back!
