Just seen on twitter that he (apparently) had a heart attack at training yesterday and a quadruple bypass in hospital last night.

Not seen any official confirmation, but lots of players wishing him well etc. so somethings gone on.
Mad if true, hopefully he makes a full recovery (or as best as he can do!)

He had chest pains and was assessed by Scarlets medical staff before being rushed to Morriston Hospital. Had an operation to which the doctors are hopefully they are corrected the problem. In a comfortable condition is what they are saying now. Likelihood is that his move to Worcester is off and his career may be in doubt. Hopefully he has a speedy recovery.

Very sad to see him bow out like this. Hopefully he can stay involved with rugby whether with Llanelli or another side.
