It's a position where there's a lot of good players but it's really hard to stand out as top level.

Best is 5'11" as well though it's not exactly small.

I know yeah but that's make a height above the average height short.

Most hookers are short for rugby players but still tall enough for your average person. Most hookers seem to be in or around 5'11" or 6'.

EDIT: Oh and Richardt Strauss is about 5'9"
