Do you all have any rugby podcasts that you can recommend? Specifically about Super Rugby and the International competitions? Thanks

I know you asked about super rugby but here are some based in the UK... they discuss most major international matches and will cover the major European leagues and tournaments that will start late August early September.

There are others but these should keep you busy.

https://rugbypasspodcast.podbean.com/ - The Short Ball with Scotty Stevenson and Mils Muliaina is a good one espcially for SH/NZ take on things.

I tend to listen to
Green and Gold - Great podcats when they actually sort out their mics.
The Short Ball
The Rugby Pass - Actually quite good when Hamilton and Goodey stop being lads 24/7
Flats and Shanks - Although only about half the show is about rugby.
Eggchasers - Although they really are not as clever as they like to think.

The rugby report card on the green and gold network is a great super rugby one. If you're looking for detailed match analysis it's awful but it's a good laugh.

Is flats and shanks a good time or is it just ex-jocks talking?

They are not really jocks TBH.
They are genuinely good friends and whilst it is banter filled it's not as laddish as say the rugby pod.
