Rugby Sevens

Ok well, this has been getting really frustrating as I can't find the exact rules to Sevens rugby so can someone please explain them to me? I know that it's seven-a-side rugby with three forwards and 4 backs, but that's about all.

Pretty much exactly the same rules as ordinary rugby, if you know the rules of rugby you just need to watch sevens and you'll pick up the minor differences, easy enough to watch, hard to remember the differences

7min halves.
If you score then you must kick off from half way.
Bugger, your right dom, its damn hard to remember differences.

Similar rules. Different games completely.

In sevens the you don't want to take the ball into contact because you will be turned over more than half the time. Players with ball in hand often run backwards and sideways or not at all to find support. Turnovers usually result in tries so possession is paramount.

2 Man Lineouts and Drop Goal Conversions/Penalties are the only other rules changes I think.

yeah its alot different, if you dont have support you dont want to go into contact

all i know is u hav to be superfit and quick to play this......thats coming from a prop
