His hand was on his chest, and his forearm was touching his face.

Refs interpretation of the breakdown is consistent but.... Weird imo.

Hope we don't get him during the RWC....

I mean Wales are definitely playing his interpretation but I've don't thing a top class referee would have agree with it.

Alright then, not a world cup but the last Lions game when the ref illegally used a TMO, then again against the laws overturned a call he wasn't allowed to (and did so incorrectly regardless). Didn't hear a peep from World Rugby.

Not how I saw it, his forearm was on the neck never said anyone's neck was getting snapped hence why it was just a penalty lad.
