Former England wing Paul Sackey's services will no longer be required at Toulon after he was released by the club on Monday.

Odd that - as much as I didn't like Sackey when playing for Wasps/England, he's been playing well for Toulong

PSA hasn't delivered, considering how much money is being put into Toulon

Warning! You are implying Steve Diamond will consider signing a back...

I have come to conclusion that Diamond has ADHD
He starts reading the positions that players can play but gets bored halfway through, so instead of reading
"Backrow, Lock"
he reads
"Back..." and thinks "Oh, we need a few of them"
Hence Sale having about 83 backrows on the books now

So that explains it - Toulon don't have great season and it all Sackeys fault.

David Smith eh. Wouldn't be suprised if it was true. Tremendous wing, full of talent and inconsistancy. Will be exciting in France.

I was wondering when the scouts where gonna get him up north...He was very good for the BaaBaas against Ireland last year...Unrelated, but I know I would have tried to get Karl Lowe for my club if he wasn't injured...
