You sure you are a Kiwi? There is certain positions where you work on partnerships and settle for set combinations. Like Cowan and Carter is already a etablish combination is like Cooper and Genia. So I would go for a Cowan and Carter cause Carter is brilliant at controlling the game and deciding at what to do. Australia use the 9 as the pivot so its a case of too many cooks spoil the broil.For centers the same. You choose a pairing that played together and complement each other. I would go for a SBW Smith or a Nonu Smith seeing SBW is not playing Union.Playing every 2nd game with a new pairing is taking to steps backwards. Like PdV did with Jaque Fourie and wasted a combo like Fourie and De Villiers who were brilliant together,At 11 I would play Savea or Jane. McCaw at 7 cause he is a chameleon. Can adapt to anything and chhanged his game and is competing with REid as NZ best ball carrier. Prop Beast? Beast haven't adapted since 09 when a flaw was discovered in his technique. Would not play him or let him even make the team IMO
