From 2019 I'd say is when they started to lose the aura they had.

just before 2019 i would say...thats when we 100% bought into the "attack from anywhere, individual brilliance will win it" game plan.....right when the last of our golden generation started retiring...no a good combo

we've also developed this cripling fear of dropping people like BB or savea...theyre just highlight reels now and a bit of a handbreak to anyone new coming in
