Steyn is off to France

I'm pretty sure Steyn will still get selected for Springbok duty no matter where he's playing, this whole "can't sign SA player playing abroad" is very dependent on which player we're talking about.

There's no way Matfield, Smit, and probably Steyn would not get a Springbok call up even if they still had contracts with the foreign teams, apart from those clubs perhaps refusing to let them go.

He may be selected for November and/or June tours like Breyton Paulse was but won't be for the 3N.
