Wayne has been rocking my world (bad pun, I know...get it? "Wayne's World??? I'll shut up now...) since I started following the Broncos. His strong work ethic and no bullshit attitude are a huge asset to him.

If you ever get a chance to read a biography/auto-biography of any of the players that have served under him, you will notice Wayne has had a profound influence to all of them and their families for many reasons. A good example of this is Shane Webke's book "Warhorse".
