Yeah it's been such an obvious move. I feel Tigers prob would've tried to play more games if they didn't have one of the largest grounds that needs paying.

Interesting they have all the big games on the same weekend

Honestly I wonder if Sale could try and play a game at Liverpool or the greater manchetser area? Everton is 40k+ I think, or maybe like Wigan?

Hopefully after the buyout Falcons can play a game at St James park in the kit again.

Tigers prob don't need one, they have a big stadium, in a big city. Northampton have MK but meh. Exeter biggest city in the area already, Portsmouth and Southampton are too far away

We tried at Bolton before and it was a disaster, they couldn't give the tickets away fast enough (I got two for free, when I picked them up at the box office they gave me four)

I think if we tried a city then it should be Leeds, they don't have a top flight side there anymore but still have a strong amateur union base,
Though probably too far away to try and convert to regular fans, so maybe Liverpool would be the one - do a double header with a Caldy championship game on beforehand

Tbh that's probably the most likely as Sale have a bit of a relationship with City due to our training grounds being next door to each other and us using their indoor pitches for training in bad weather

It’s international break week for football so the the stadiums are available.
