Has anyone got a copy of or know where I can find the official tournament rules for this year's world cup? Had a look on both the RWC site and World Rugby's but came up short for the men's game.

Apart from the death rate, drinking rugby would be fun. To make it more even you could have everyone in the team that scores takes the shot - two for a try, one for a drop goal, penalty kick or conversion

Guessing a competitions bonus point structure is the most fun you can have as a fan of rugby.

I've heard so many contradictory things about yellow and red cards going into the WC year I have no idea.

Yard of ale when Faz gets red carded for another high tackle.

World rugby has well posted law ammendments, and debated on this site.
Tournament regulations are as before.
Basically no extra time in pool stages.
Knockout 10 mins each way if still level further 10 mins of golden point.
Kick off after that if still level.
Rest is as per laws of game,
Red cards go to disciplinary committee as usual.
Other than a tie in knockout game all is as usual.
Points tie in group table follow standard laws of RWC comps.
Hope that helps.
