Can't say I really know any Youtube channels that fit what you're looking for so. However there's a few podcasts you might be interested in. Stronger by Science (Greg Nuckols and Eric Trexler) is probably the least like what you're looking for, as the name suggests the hosts are research focused but they have good banter between them and the Q&A episodes can be very good. Iron Culture (Omar Isuf and Eric Helms) is quite like what you describe, they regularly interview people from around the lifting word and discuss a wide range of topics, although Omar's 'banter' certainly isn't for everyone. Dave Tate's table talk probably has some episode's you'd be interested in. I'm actually listening to one he did with Juji recently where they're talking about grip sports. He also did an episode last week with Matt Rhodes, Jim Wendler and Vincent Dizenzo. I haven't listened to it yet but from experience the training talk will be good but there will be some 'political' comments where YMMV on how much you can stomach them. Like Libertarian American comments which I really don't know why Wendler feels the need to make them.
