Dally M award?

Named after a RUGBY guy who quit the game to play LEAGUE. He wasn't "tough" enough.

Well not really... back then there were barely any differences in the game still, apart from the fact that one was amature and run by private school boys from the elbow patch brigade, and the other was working class and semi professional.

And only 2 clubs survived.

Sydney Uni & 1 Private school.

Yet there are more Senior Rugby Players today than League. 130,000 to 100,000.

In League there are still more Juniors 250,000 to 200,000.

Note these are estimates from 2003. Rugby had doubled in numbers since becoming Professional in 1996.

Depends if you are a forward or back. From first hand experience I believe particular forward positions in rugby to be tougher then in league. However, league backs generally play a tougher, harder game then rugby backs.

Just because you're an islander doesn't mean you can't be racist.
Of course not.

Just putting my view forward.
