Now World Sevens has 10 tournaments from December to May. I think that the season is too long. Is it possible to have 10 tournaments in 19 weeks (bye week between every tournament)?

Last weekend was Hong Kong 7s.
Fiji won the Cup for the 1st time in this season.
As for relegation battle, the bottom side Japan are now 8 points behind from Russia.
Spain got promoted by beating Germany in the Qualifier final. (By the way, have Germany ever been a core team of World Series?)
In Women's qualifiers, Japan got promoted.
