Genuinely no idea, never seen it before - usually it's the other way round and a side will claim a player is injured to force uncontested scrums (*cough* Bristol *cough*)

They have changed directives during the tournament.
Curry was red according to directive, when should have been a yellow, for mitigation.
Kolisi is result of a change in directive.
