I think it was the correct decision. But didn’t the 10 ground the ball unintentionally prior meaning it should have been a 5m scrum to Scotland?
I thought that as well.
There was another card 2 minutes later then the Maoris deliberately collapsed/stood up 3 scrums opted from penalties in a row 10m in front of the posts, not shown here, and nothing from the ref.
